We provide a searchable database of in-game items, Runner shells, cores, implants, gear, and maps, plus tools like a loadout and build planner, interactive maps, and guides to help you plan runs and improve your gameplay.
No. TauCeti.GG is an independent fan project created by Marathon players. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Bungie, Inc. or any of its partners. All game content, trademarks, and assets referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.
Yes, TauCeti.GG is completely free. Our database, guides, maps, and tools are available to everyone. Some features, like saving builds and syncing your collection, require signing in with your Bungie.net account, but there's no paywall.
To save builds, sign in with your Bungie.net account using the "Sign In" button. Once logged in, you can create, save, and share builds on our “Loadout and Build Planner” page. Your saved builds sync across devices and can be shared via link.
Yes. We use Bungie's official OAuth system, the same secure login used by other community apps. We never see or store your password. Right now, we only request basic profile information to personalize your experience. You can revoke access at any time from your Bungie.net account settings.
Yes. If an item has lore in-game, you’ll find it in a dedicated Lore section right on that item’s page. We’re also building a full Codex that organizes every lore entry in one place, plus a separate Lore Search page that only returns results from lore text. That way, if you’re trying to track down a name, a phrase, or a reference, you can find it fast without digging through regular database results.
We pull data directly from in-game testing and official sources, then verify it against community findings. Our team updates the database with every major patch. If you spot an error, please let us know.
Yes. TauCeti.GG supports community builds. Please visit our Loadouts and Builds Planner for more information.
TauCeti.GG is a web app optimized for both desktop and mobile browsers. You can add it to your home screen for quick access. A dedicated mobile app may come in the future based on community demand.
